The Cindy flower is a 4.5 inch bloom. Four layers of shimmering organza suround a smaller silk flower with hand sewn sequins and a center stone. It is secured to a partially lined, single prong alligator clip that can easily be removed from the hat to wear alone or on one of our headbands.
