Shipping
All purchases are shipped for a flat fee of $5.95 within the United States.  Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day with delivery confirmation.  All merchandise is carefully packaged in one of our signature organza bags and then shipped in either a Priority Mail box or bag.  Please contact us for international shipping rates.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charges on orders shipped only within the state of New Jersey.  If your package is being shipped outside the state of New Jersey, no sales tax will be charged.  The current rate for New Jersey sales tax is 7%.

Disclaimer/Safety
Blooming Beanies believes in  "Safety Before Beauty".   Our beautiful products are not toys.  While each product is handcrafted with safety and comfort in mind, and every effort is made to ensure that each item is securely fastened, some do contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard if pieces should separate.  Blooming Beanies is not responsible for any injuries arising from the use of our products.  Please supervise babies at ALL times while wearing our hats and accessories.  We suggest that you remove hats and accessories before naps and any other time that your child can not be supervised fully. 

Privacy and Security
Blooming Beanies values and respects our customers.  Your privacy is very important to us.  All personal information is kept confidential.  We do not share the information you provide with third parties for any purpose.  

Returns/Exchanges
We are confident that you are going to love your blooming accessories.  We take pride in our products and back them 100%.  However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please e-mail info@bloomingbeanies.com within 5 days of receiving your merchandise.  We will gladly do whatever we can to make you a repeat customer.  If a return or exchange is the solution, the merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition or it will not be accepted.  Refund will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for original purchase. We are sorry, but we do not refund shipping charges.  Please remember that the beauty of a handcrafted item is that it is unique.  It is not mass produced and truly is one of a kind.  Although we may duplicate items, no two are exactly a like and there may be slight variances in color or size.

Caring for Your Blooming Beanies
All cotton hats with interchangeable loops can be washed in the gentle cycle with cold water.  Lay flat to dry.  Remember to remove your flower clip before washing.   All hats with attached blooms should be spot cleaned.  Always keep the flowers and appliques dry.
